We just moved into the house a couple weeks ago. On a Monday morning there was no heat. Appel had a phone number attached so we called. Within an hour Seth showed up. He was very thorough and walked us through the process of what he was doing and why. It was quite the warranted education and much appreciated. After an hour we were up and running.
